Sign clearly says they are open until 11 PM, drove from Orlando to relax and unwind. Arrived around 10:15 PM or close to 10. They are closed, needs updated closing times.

Great service, great location. I had a medical appointment in the area, and afterward I looked at a few massage places nearby. I was very pleased to find Lee Spa close by. Parking is plentiful, and the location is very convenient to Hwy 436. I was welcomed by a wonderful lady, who welcomed me enthusiastically, as it was my first visit. I asked for a 1 hour massage and paid with credit card. Erin provided a wonderful massage, with elements of Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage (long strokes using arms and elbows to release muscle tension) and Swedish Massage techniques. For my back, she used massage oil and applied a hot towel when complete. For my face, neck, and legs, she used a skin-smoothing lotion that smelled wonderful. It was very soothing on my skin. Erin speaks English very well, so we had a nice conversation. She is young, intelligent, and so very warm, friendly, and respectful. At the conclusion, tipping was a bit confusing, as Erin had left, so I couldn't give her cash. Another woman offered me the credit card slip, to add the tip, as she was showing another patron into their massage room. The facility is very nice; it is very comfortable and very clean.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m assuming the woman who was massaging me was the owner because she kept leaving during my massage to answer texts and phone calls and left the door wide open leaving me feeling very vulnerable in between her little fidget sessions. She literally stopped at least ten different times for long periods of time which took time out of my 2 hour session. Afterwards, I got dressed and went to the bathroom to freshen up before I left and continued on about my day with full intention of tipping the woman in cash on my way out with wallet in hand and everything. I go to give her 20$ and she straight up tells me that she needs more money. I’m like excuse me? I had no idea it was customary to demand more of a tip like that. Completely shocking. I will not be back. Save your money and your time.
